PTG Frionordica AS has secured a contract with Larsnes Mek. Verksted to deliver two RSW (refri\u00adge\u00adrated seawater) systems for Rostein\u2019s new Live Fish Carrier. This vessel, designed by Skips\u00adkom\u00adpe\u00adtanse in M\u00e5l\u00f8y, and Larsnes Mek.\u2019s build no. 74, will serve four fish farming companies along the Norwegian Helgeland coast, providing signi\u00adficant benefits for Norway\u2019s supplier industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The RSW systems from PTG Frionordica are compact, compre\u00adhensive solutions for efficient cooling of seawater and fish. Previously, PTG Frionordica has provided similar systems for the retrofit of two other Rostein Live Fish Carriers.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s grati\u00adfying that the shipyard and shipping company value PTG Frionordica\u2019s locally produced equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n

PTG Frionordica\u2019s factory in Malme\u00adfjorden, Hustadvika munici\u00adpality, employs around 60 people, including appren\u00adtices. Here, RSW systems are manufactured from initial welds to final paintwork, ready to be shipped globally.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

With a cargo capacity of 3,700 cubic meters, the battery-hybrid wellboat will feature cutting-edge fish welfare technology and two 2100 kW RSW systems from PTG Frionordica.
